Arches National Park is located on the Colorado Plateau, a unique geological area that is home to some of the most unusual rock formations and structures in the world. The park is less than 10 minutes from Utah's outdoor capital of Moab, and about 40 minutes from Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point State Park.

Your Arches tour will take you to Park Avenue, where you can take a relatively easy through the towering rocks (see second picture from right, below). From there it's a short drive to Balanced Rock, the Windows Arches and Double Arch. The highlight of the day is probably the hike through the Fiery Furnace. If you have enough energy left, you can also hike up to Delicate Arch (below, third from left, and top row of pictures, also third from left). This schedule is subject to change without notice.

Moab, where you will spend the night on a multi day tour, is a paradise for those who enjoy outdoor endeavors! The Colorado River flows past the town and it provides great rafting. The world's most famous mountain bike trail, the Slickrock Trail, is in Moab and people come from all around the world to tackle it. A rafting trip on the Colorado is one of the items included in our shared, multi day Grand Canyon tours.
